I was wondering if this screws anyone up?  If so what are some of the things that you do to help?  Normally when this happens it affects me for a couple of days but that is when I'm not in cycle.  This time I got a couple of things going on at the same time.  TOM, sick, and cluster cycle.

Sorry to hear this. Time change is changing earlier here also but I like the extra hr. after work.
Does not affect the way my cycle is going that I know of.

Hope you feel better & PFDAN. Wink

I actually came here today to post about this.  I have always sworn that this affected me.  In the sense that it changes your sleep and wake times it can't be good for CH people.  I am surprised that you did not get more responses.  I think the only alternative is to continue to go to bed and wake as if the time hasn't changed, if that works with your schedule.  I am a Spring and Fall cycle so I have always suspected that the time change screwed me up.  At the very least it messes my up for at least a week.
