Hey! I'm 5 months prego's and was hoping they would stop w/pregnancy. NOT. ouch. anyone else get them? I sit up bawling w/my 02 and ice pack and sit in front of open window for some reason cold air feels good (or just makes me distracted) cause i'm cold. Hee hee. 02 usually works w/in 5 minutes but then it comes back 2-3x and usuallly the last one (closest to say 6am) doesn't go away.

I have migraines too. fun huh? I don't know how to PM. hee hee. DR said i can take vicodin and fioricet w/codeine for migraines and ultrasounds and tests have all been normal but I hate taking meds thinking i'm going to have a brain doner baby. I know god is protecting him. Did you use 02 when you were pregos? How long have you had them?

To PM, look in the top right corner of the page where it says "You have XX messages, X is new" Click the word messages and go from there! OR under each person's information, there is an icon that looks like an envelope with a page behind it. Click the icon for the person you wish to send a private message to. The message screen should come up. What kind of mask are you using and how high is your flow rate for the oxygen? The main ingredient in Fioricet, is Butalbital, a barbituate. Barbituates have been shown to increase the chance of birth defects. http://www.drugs.com/cons/Fioricet.html Quote:Pregnancy— For butalbital : Barbiturates such as butalbital have been shown to increase the chance of birth defects in humans. Also, one study in humans has suggested that barbiturates taken during pregnancy may increase the chance of brain tumors in the baby. Breast-feeding— For butalbital : Barbiturates such as butalbital pass into the breast milk and may cause drowsiness, unusually slow heartbeat, shortness of breath, or troubled breathing in nursing babies. |

Hi Trisha! I went through my cycle while pregnant , I deliver my baby in the middle of it..and the OB told me I could not take any of my medications other than tylenol HEHE..I rather take candies!..the same through brestfeeding because the medication gets to the baby. Try to think on your baby's well being it will help you with the pain..imagine his face his fingers and pray, pray a lot!!! One thing, when I was in labor I got a CH and I can tell you I did not felt labor pain but my head was going nuts because i could not move for all the cables hooked on me!!!..it finally went away when the doctor decided to give me demerol, still hurts but it make me very drowsy kind of sleepy, eventually went away and I had all the time to enjoy my beautiful baby!! Good Luck to you and hope you can to enjoy the rest of your pregnancy PF!! Take care and try some yoga to help you relax!!
