help cluster headache please this is my frist one

i just found this site i hope you can help it all started last week I twisted my neck worng way and it started a little headache and neck pain then the next day at night it was a full migraine the next few days it became cluster headache right side i really feel it when I go to bed can't sleep right .. I did my reseach online about what types of herbs to take but it dont say how many caps i should take.... and my right side of my head hurts a pinch during the day
I started working out for a month now lift wights
I lost 13 pounds I was 300 pounds
Eating right but last week i drink alot of coffe for 3 days and fast food breakfest
For this headache I seem massaging it help a little and a ice pack help to i try pepper up my nose please dont do that

Truly, it sounds as if you've got a pinched nerve or something, but I'm no doctor. You really ought to see one--perhaps muscle relaxants would do you more good than anything. You might also try a heating pad to the affected area.
I doubt that what you're experiencing is CH. It doesn't sound at all like it.
In any case, nothing herbal is going to do anything for you that I can think of. As far as the pepper up your nose goes, I see you've already concluded that that is a bad idea.
Hope you find some relief soon. Twisting your neck the wrong way hurts like heck.

Not a doc here, either, but I agree with George that if you twisted your neck wrong and that precipitated the headaches, then it might be a pinched nerve or something along those lines. Don't waste time or money on home remedies. At least not yet. Waiting may make it worse. See your doctor. That or, as much as we scoff at chiropractors for CH, it could be just the ticket for your neck. Many chiropractors give the first visit free and if s/he's good, once may be all it takes. The worst that can happen is it won't work.

I am really curious as to how you came to the conclusion of Cluster headache from what you say above???? Cluster headaches are caused by a deformed Hypothalmus not by twisting your neck wrong.

Sounds like a pinched nerve. The faster you get to chiropractor the better off you will be. Don't let the nerve get so inflamed and swollen from pressure that it takes twice as long to recover. All muscle relaxers do is interrupt the pain sensation between nerve and brain. They have their uses but will not remove pressure on a nerve.

Could also be a bulging disk that was aggravated and is pressing on the nerve?
I did this but the pain was down my arm and back but I agree with everyone else get to a doctor before it gets worse, and when they say it’s a nerve thank god that it’s not what the pore people here suffer from, this is monster you never want to tangle with on that we all can agree I assure you.

I am sorry if you are in pain, but I just can't help myself at times when someone sees a pot and jumps right in.
I believe it or not I got the idea you are very lucky, because you DON"T have a cluster head.
I think you should go see a nero, and find out what it is...
Me: I ain't so lucky as I have CH, and I had a broken neck, so I know what a gob of tangled up nerves are too. They won't be any fun the day you feel like some one stuck you in the hibachi from the collar bone down to yer toes, but it ain't a CH..
