 I thought this cycle was over...went the whole week-end without one and previous to that was just shadowing heavily.
Well I went to bed last night and an hour and a half later I'm up with that familiar pain. Not the worst one I've ever had, probably a 6 or so on the Kip, but painful nonetheless.
I hate these damn things.
