I went almost 1 yr PF and BAM!! I get a bad nasal infection and that sets off the CH period again. I spent 1 L-O-N-G week in a hotel room, without Trex, with episodes lasting as long as 3 HOURS. Seems that something in that room was tripping the CH even while I was awake, unlike my usual slash from slumber 1.5 hours after I fall asleep. TG I had some Trex left from my last CH period 12/05. I just finished my episode for tonight with elongated time of 1 hr in severe pain and about 10 minutes in decreasing levels. My body is already fighting the Trex. Going to see the GP tomorrow to get an appt. with a Neuro.

So you believe that the nasal infection was a trigger, or ya reckon that you just started a new cycle? Either way, the pain is the same hunh? You had some trex left over, any other meds to prevent the attacks left over? What did ya take for your last cycle? Any way ya can see the same doc ya did last time to refill your meds? Control the pain first, if ya ask me, and then try to see a neuro. Keep us posted as to how things go. Carl

HPilot, I have had many problems because of Mold and Mildew in Hotel and Motel rooms, any hint of mildew and I'm triggered! Sinus Infections also cause a higher than normal amount of hits for me! Pappy

I'm so sorry that the beast is back. I hope that the visit will be a short one. PF wishes, Sanna
