Hey all! I have been cycle-free for over a year now!
I still take verelan PM 300 mg every night. Every couple of months, including right now, something (bright light/glare/etc) triggers the following on the same side as my clusters are on:
Feels like knot in that side's shoulder, radiating up, real tight around that side's eye, increased sensitivity by that side's eye to light and wind (causing great tearing when in contact with either) and slight pain around the eye and back of my head. I believe the eye is slightly drooped too.
Now, these happen and usually do not precipitate a cycle, but it is bothersome and given new changes in my life, I really am worried b/c its affecting my ability to get work done, etc.
Does anyone else get these? What do they mean? Is there a treatment? I'm thinking about taking an Imitrex spray to see if that helps. I find relaxing helps, but it doesn't go away for awhile - lasts for weeks at a time!
