Has anyone found that melatonin gives you more ch's? I took 9mgs for 2 nights and had 3 ch's each night. last night I didn't take any and didn't have the beast wake me up at all. Had a ch before I went to bed but not after.

Some people do not get relief from melatonin. I find that if you take melatonin with 50mg of benadryl, it helps a lot. Also, I have found it makes a big difference to take the sleep aids on an empty stomach. I actually skip dinner so that my stomach is empty when i take the sleep aids. Thats my 2 cents. I would try it a few more times and see if it might give you some better sleep. PF wishes BMonee

No, it's been good to me. Cuts the number of nighttime hits in half, at least, when I'm in cycle. And the nighttime hits are about the only ones I get anymore. Melatonin's the only thing I take besides magnesium and calcium supplements. Sorry you're still getting hit. Doesn't work for everybody, but a couple of days isn't very long to give it a try. Best regards, George

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs Wearing the tangerine suits And their harlequin eyes. The pain they inspire Draws in harmonica melodies And the feathers of birds Which flame up at their touch. It all comes to light in the sheer Debonair. (Ellen)
