i'm having what seems a step from episode to chronic.  Been headachey since Jan with feb mar apr june really crippling.  I'm supposed to do 18 months of headachy chemotherapy for HepC and cirrhosis.  I just can't find a doctor who'll give me help.  I get about 1 immigram sniff per 30 headaches, my diary says about 570 2 hour attacks so far this year.  The Chemotherapy brought them back so we stopped. My neuro said i'd be put in a asylum if i stop chemo because of headaches, but he won't give sumantripan or oxygen. I feel my livers not good at preventatives.  All I hear is their expensive in 2 years I'm rationed about £250 worth, but I,ve just wasted £2000 of Chemotherapy. Does anyone know about Pegulated Interferon and Ribavirn plus Cluster without any help please?  In UK both Cluster and HepC are more charity based, i,ve taken Peter Goadsbys goodies everywhere but doctors chemists just say he's dangerous and misinformed.  I can see him if you like.
Also my eyes, one's shut and i,m always behind curtains and glasses.   Help

Hello Paul. I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time right now.
I can't really help you with your questions because the system in the UK is different from ours. Have you visited OUCH-UK? There is a support board where you can ask questions without joining, and they also have a help line that you can ring. Please look here:

I guess I'll just never understand why a doc refuses to prescribe oxygen for CH.

I'm sorry I can't help with your other questions...it's an area I'm just not familiar with.

Lots of wishes for you some much needed pf time.
