PF - 3 weeks...

I can't believe it yet but I'm feeling like a human being again. Up till now this has been the shortest cycle I've ever had. My cycles normally last 4 months, this has been a 'lovely' one... only 10 weeks, it also included an interesting and pretty painful switching-sides experience, that I wont easily forget. I suspect that getting a lot of good nights sleep, more or less 6 hours PF each night, with a before go to bed triptan, has helped me this time. It may not be over yer, but I'll keep praying.

Congratulations! Fantastic. It's always great to hear that a fellow clusterhead is PF. May there be lots of PF days in your future! Best wishes, Sanna

Thanks for your wishes Giuseppi. I'm already used to hold one cycle (sometimes more than one) per year, but everytime I have a break, a bit of complete PF time like this one, I feel life is back as I once knew it used to be!. No beer yet.... but I'm almost ready.

| Isn't it amazing how that happens once the beast leaves you alone? Here's to hoping he stays gone. Peace, Carl D
