Kudzu Help Please!

Well I am 2 weeks into my cycle and and just started getting 3 am Hits 6am Sinus pain switching to the right side from left and then back to the left the rest of the day @ 10am Im clear all day usually and the hits are very rarely terrible.And for the first time yesterday i went the whole day without one hit but when i got my first one at 3am in the morning it was the most intense yet. Well Im taking 1 Kudzu in the morning & 2 more throughout the day usually one afternoon & one evening.Any suggestions and how to yieled better results. What are your kudzu regimens? Thank you P.S.- SINUS BUSTER SUCKS ON FULL BLOWN CH HOWEVER IT WORKS ON BABY CH'S & SHADOWS

Take the dosage that's recommended on the packaging. I'm pretty sure the minimal dosage is 2, 3x's a day. I already posted this info on your other thread....but I didn't see this one...sorry. I took Nature's Way... Remember to take the same dosage each day at the same time. Not sure why the timing makes a difference, but it does. Kudzu worked like a miracle for me. I tapered off the Kudzu in December, when I got 02. Other than 02, I take no other meds for CH. The Kudzu changed my CH....hits were shorter...and not as intense as they were before Kudzu. Even though it's been 9 months since I tapered the Kudzu, the hits I do get are still shorter and not as intense. It really made a big difference. Good luck.. Jean
