Man I always get nasal congestion with clusters but most recently once the cluster leaves I have some pain in my nose. Manageable but there is some pain in my nose. normal?

Yep, sounds normal to experience pain in nose and eye, especially the sinus area.

a weird thing is too that right when its finally over I get a small drip from my left nostral. This signals that it is finally over. I welcome that little drip from my left nostirl.

I honestly think Doctors who diagnose "sinus" infections have never had a sinus infection themselves.
There's a totally different feeling between them & the feeling of the after effect of the CH nose basher, give me a sinus infection any day.
