popping noise in ear

I get a popping sound in my ear on the side of ch, but my ch always starts in my ear. I thought it was just me.

me too.. I also get a "Cramp" in my left ear. I start worrying with my ear before the CH actually starts. Nuther weird thing -- my left eyebrow sweats - not just a little but enough to run down into my eye. Hugs BD

I don't think it's suprising that you get this... I do too. Since the nerves that are affected by the headache also reach the sinuses (that's why oftentimes people get a runny nose during an attack), it's reasonable to think that an already-inflamed sinus canal (that runs back to the nerve) would occasionally get blocked and need to "pop" to equalize the pressure. I notice this especially if the barometric pressure is changing, but then again I think I'm one to get triggered by pressure changes anyway, so maybe I just pay more attention when I'm already in pain.
