Can I vent?

Can I vent………?
I hop you all excuse me, if it was NO…….. but I will…. I have to….
Its now for the longest time that I have a very hard time with this …. what ever you call it….
a very unorganized cycle….. at times it comes like a Swiss watch and at times it’s just
very sporadic…..  or just very strong shadows…. in and out all day long….. sort of sporadic,
just to keep me on my toes…..  in short I have had it for this round……. just need a brake
But I should not complain… after seeing some of you….. getting hit…..  I have still a long way to go before I am allowed to even open my mouth….. so you know what: I will just stop! Lips Sealed

That's how mine was brother!
I only got under control when I went on Regular verapamil.
Then it became like clockwork.

It became even moreso when I detoxed.

Good luck

Vent all you want... hug  Unorganized cycles aren't all that unusual and just as frustrating as the ones that are on the clock.

If you fill out one of the headache charts, you may find your cycle is more organized than it appears.
As an example you may find that on every7th and 8th days, you have a regular day of three attacks, one morning, evening and late night. 3rd, 4th and 5th days may look more jumbled but EVERY 3rd, 4th and 5th day might be jumbled nearly the same way. etc.
if you are on something other than a 7 day schedule, its difficult to notice a cycle's pattern without things like...every monday I have an attack at 10 am.

Most of my cycles included a "weird" day of strong shadows and constant headpain all day from early morning until I'd fall sleep at night. This would happen every 3rd day. That night's REM sleep hit would start the 3 day pattern over again.

Michael, of course you can vent.  I'm so sorry you are having a hard time right now.  And, you do not have a long way to go before opening your mouth.  You and I both saw our first Clusterhead hits at Milcon.  Witnessing someone else getting hit was the most heartbreaking thing I've ever seen, because it made me feel so helpless to make their pain go away.  I feel helpless right now, Michael, because I cannot make your pain go away.  All any of us can do is allow each of us to "vent" when we need to,  and be there for each other to offer support.

Vent away, my friend.

Wishing you PF forever.

Vent away!  Eat junkfood, have a sit, and scream if it helps.

Venting is allowed in here!

The beast loves to torture; sometimes like clockwork, sometimes sporadic. I wish that you'll get a break very soon.
