My cluster mask arrived and I am confused. It came with 3 different bags how do I know which size to use? Here are my dr orders use 100% o2 for 3-5 minutes at a flow rate of 10. do i breath with the mask on my face for in and out breathes ? Do I take deep breath or normal I am a shallow breather I should saying. I have gotten no instruction except how to change the tanks and that freaks me out along with my cats. I don't get much relief in 5 min it just starts to help. THem cluster mask is more comforterable. My hystamin shot are putting a little dent in the beast.

The different size bags are up to you. I manage just fine with the regular one. Breathe normally in and out with the mask on. The non rebreather is what makes that ok. Disregard docs orders regarding 3-5 minutes. This is from one of the world's authorities. YOu may want to present it to your doc http://www.chhelp.org/mhni.html The clustermasx has helped cut down the amount of time needed on the the tank for me and increased the efficacy. You will find what is comfortable for you. Here is some goo tips.......http://www.clusterheadaches.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=meds;action= display;num=1123513751
