Well, I've decided my cycle is over, it's been a week since my last real hit and I just passed the beer test. I've gotta give credit to the mushroom treatment, a 17-day cycle was a walk in the park: ) .. almost can't wait til next year to try the shrooms on the first day of my cycle and see if I can knock it down to about a week: ) I just wanted to say thank you to everyone here, for all the advice and all the support. Until 3 weeks ago I had no idea what I suffered from, it was such a relief to finally know. And then, to boot, to find this place and all of you great people.. this has been the happiest and easiest cycle of my life: ) Thank you again, you're truly good people: ) Though it's over for now, I'll definately be sticking around the boards: ) Thanks again.. God bless you all pfw from ny spidey

| THAT is bloody brilliant! I'm so pleased to hear you say that Spidey, your being pain free now will inspire others and help them realise it comes to all of us, eventually. What's more is with all the discussions here you'll be so well armed for your next cycle the beast may even give up hopeand just sod off - everyone's a winner! Looking forward to getting to know you better Helen

Good to hear, spidey...sounds like it's over, especially now that you've successfully passed the beer test. I think mine's pretty much over now too. Haven't had the nerve to try the beer test yet--maybe I'll give it a few days yet--but haven't had a solid hit over, say, a Kip 5 for eight days now. In any case, I've never had a Spring cycle that lasted until the fourth of July, and it looks like this one will be no exception. Best of luck, spidey, and wishing you PF times ahead. George

I am very happy for you Spidey, hope you get a long brake before the next cycle. It’s good to see someone PF and it does give the rest of us hope. Matt

| Or... you can dose before your next cycle is due, and maybe prevent it altogether. I'm glad you're doing better, spidey.

| This is the best advice. If you think ending a cycle before it's time is a good thing, you should try preventing it altogether. Instead of beating the beast in the early rounds, it's more like turning your back on him before he lands that first disheartening blow and saying..."not this time sucker" and walking away. all the best...enjoy the summer Bobw
