BROKEN CYCLE ?

30 YEARS with a couple of remissions and this is the first  mid cycle break next 24 is the question but it doesnt really matter because I'M rested now so the beast is in for a real battle now ha ha! this is what I did CLARITIN-D 24HR IN AM, 500MG MAGNESIUM 9:00PM,6MG MELATONIN 9:00 PM 2 1/2 weeks into full attack.This time around has been the most regular on the hour cycle I've ever had.4 per night every hour after sleeping exactly one hour. And one more thing I would like to add to possibly abort an attack. to possibly help anyone,try ice cube in roof of mouth with outside ice alternating with sips of hot coffee also I tried this,I know some will not agree with or like,but smoke cigarette mid attack

I'm only on Melatonin and it has seemed to have stopped my sleep triggered attacks.. I've been taking 9mg of it before bedtime for the last 3 nights, and haven't gotten a nighttime or early morning attack yet: )
