get out of my head

I've gotten about 4hours sleep in the last 3 days. Last night I was sitting up on the couch and crashed after another hit. I dreamt I died. It was so real I could see myself on the couch, and at first I was so sad thinking I'll never see my wife and kids again. Then as I was looking at myself on the couch I was glad, glad it was over. I thought now my family can havea normal life instead of dealing with this shit. My wife could meet someone who wasn't on disability and could give her the life she deserves. I was also happy because the pain was gone, no more of this daily bullshit. It was all finally over. Then came the icepick in the eye and my day is starting all over again. a whole 45 minute break. oh well.

No joy in either! You're a good man. There are still things you can do to bring in some $$ if that is part of what brings ya down. You could dance

Have you tried the Melatonin alchemy? It helps me alot. Some nights it knocks out all of the hits, others I only get woke up once like now. Bad thing is that for me they move the hits to the daytime. At least then I have had enough sleep to have the strength to fight. It's like he is gona get you one way or another.

"Ah, to sleep perchance to dream, that is the rub" I sleep deep enough to dream-I get hit. Everytime. I take melatonin and benadryl 9mg and 50 mg, every night-no dreams no hits-until about 4 a.m. Gives me strength to face the daytime hits and am not among the walking dead from lack of sleep. By the way, IMHO, any dream with both Jonny and Chewy in it ....well....geez I am so sorry you went through that...its just not right PFDAN Kathy

| I'm glad you at least got a few hours of sleep, sorry about the Jonny and Chewy nightmare... LOL! I must confess, I'd much rather - never thought I'll ever say this - get a hit than one of those nightstallions, you bet ya, it is a scary image but not a very pretty one...
