slept all thru from 2am lastnight woke around 9.30 without the pain but got this nagging burning in my temple

Well done on getting a good nights sleep! That burning you have now? Have you had that before? Is it a forerunner of an attack or a shadow? Try either drinking some strong coffee or drink a can of red bull fast, it works for a lot of people. If you have an Asda or a Tesco near you their own brands of "red bull" are as good (Haven't tried any others!)

yeah have the burning alot some days it turns into a full blown headache but some days it just constantly burns my eye burns to but more annoying then anything else

hopefully im gonna come to the end of my cycle soon been in it a good few weeks think i'll go buy a redbull never had one before dying to see if it gives you wings hehe

Glad ya made it through the night!
Many days I get a burning feeling that shoots up the trigem. nerve........I always describe it as feeling like acid reflux in the noggin.
 
Someone ( I think it was BobP) called it something to the effect of chemical or hystamine burn.
 
Either way it is an annoyance sometimes leading to a full blown hit and others leading to nothing but frustration
