Mine ping pong too. For the first 12 years I had clusters, if someone were to tell me they had a 2 sider, I would've said that they don't have clusters. Now, I've had clusters for nearly 18 years, and on 3 occasions (since I've become chronic) I've had bi-lateral cluster attacks. So, I know it's not impossible. Just out of the norm for clusters. Personally, I don't think I could handle 2-sided (KIP 10's) on a regular basis for very long at all. I'd be suicidal quick. I also think, for a different kind of headache than you usually experience, that is a 2-sider, and is the worst that you've ever felt ... you need to seek out medical attention ASAP. IMO UNsolved

thanx for the quick responce guys. the night i had the 2-sider. i started to get a hit at 8:00pm and i had an idea that if i worked out when it was starting that i would use more blood for my muscles, and wouldnt have as much goin to my brain and it might abourt it. well it worked. but then thats when i had the 2-sider that night. so im never going to do that again.

It has happened that it switches sides but I haven't had a 2 sider yet.

PG was talking to a friend of mine a while back (Jan) and he said it can and does happen but that thankfully it is rare. Let's hope it doesn't happen for you again, I know switching sides is my biggest fear so I really feel for you reading your experience. Take care Helen
