Think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half the population is stupider than that.

Yes you can.. I've looked into it on the TSA website (I assume you mean within the US?), you can check for anything else here http://www.tsa.gov/public/interapp/editorial/editorial_1059.xml

I've carried all kinds of syringes in my carry-ons and never been questioned. BUT I also carry a note from my doc saying that I have CH and that I carry medication and syringes and need O2 at times JUST IN CASE!   I also carry a TENS (or whatever it's called) machine and have a note for that also. But so far (even after 9-11 I've never been questioned about it.

One word of caution (just in case) put all meds in a "labeled" bottle. I put all mine in a zip-lock bad in my carry-on and if they check it they just pull it out, shake their head and put it back. But it's all little brown bottles (sometimes the lables and the pills don't match, but that's another story!).

The only time I've ever been questioned was about a pill cutter and the guy wanted to know where I got it -- seems he needed one and didn't know where to find one. Smiley

GOod luck....
