been over 30 yrs. since i've bothered w/ a neuro. just had an awesome 45 min. visit and was taught much. a pro neuro in europe got 21 dead clusterheads to syudy and also got an unusually lucky 2 weeks with the best scanning equip. avail. found a tiny non-malignant growth in the hipposomething area of ea. brain. left or rt. depending on pain side. put a wire for stimulation in some live chronic guys growth ( several people ) and stopped the pain, so they b sure thats the spot. dont know what to do yet but THEY ARE WORKING ON IT, he says they ought to have it figured out within 10 yrs.
also told me, at a recent intrntl. med convention while discussing 1-10 pain scale, they discussed plus 2 for cluster headache.
so.....they're workin on it, present meds r the same, they know how bad it hurts. Thats what i found out and i'm cheered. i'm also cheered because i just went into my pf cycle and hopefully i b signing off w/ you guys for 2 to 3 years. good luck in the life raft
