Maybe all of you know about this already, but for newbies browsing, I have found this to be a very valuable tool: http://www.clusterbusters.com/tracker.htm Hubby is trying Kudzu Root, and we've been using this to track his pain. Putting ONE number to each day is such a great tool in helping us manage this. And, even you haven't read it in one of the 100 other posts in which I've mentioned it ( ), on day 5 1/2 of taking Kudzu Root (and no prescribed meds), Gary is down from what was an average pain index of 8,000 or so to 600 - 1000.

Its a great tool I've used it myself. Especially for seeing treatment results that you may not otherwise notice.

For those who use this method, and those who would like to. I've got a MS Excel Spreadsheet that works quite well, and I think it's easy to use. It will chart up to 8 attacks per day for 31 days and calculates and charts the pain levels for each day. All you enter is your Kip and the length of time. If anyone would like a copy, let me know.
