My FIL used to suffer from CH years ago and his doc perscribed nasalcort. He says it worked wonders. He also mentioned that changing his diet around and exercising helped ...( 
Has anyone here tried this ?? results??

My husband uses it with limited success on his sinus ha. I can't imagine using it for ch and having any luck with it. Some people have reported exercise helps abort ch. Not many tho.

I take Flonase pretty much year round for allergies and sinus problems - I think it's pretty similar.
Sure never did anything for my clusters though.
