Hi Even though I had a short break from the beast, and the preventive treatment, NO drugs or meds to be taken, last evening the beast hit head on, seamed like 7-8 on the Kip, and that when we where just getting ready to eat ( a dinner party) with a beautiful “Table Grill” dinner my wife made, I whished earth would open and just swallow me, I was embarrassed and mostly helpless,(O2 didn’t help, I wonder why, so resorted to Zomig nasal which did work) But the biggest surprise was that it seemed like I forgot how painful it really is!! And all this after such a beautiful day skiing with our guests and my big boy……… so I had plenty of fresh air and sports, and sun, the most beautiful spring day, Sorry for bitching, but it’s so nice to be able to bich, and to be understood………. Tks! Michael

On the bright side-you had a great time before the headache and I sure am glad the Zomig worked, don't give up on the O2-sometimes doesn't work every time. you're using a non-rebreather mask and 15 ml right? Its one of the truly sucky things about these CH, just when we thought it was safe-they were gone-and forget how bad they are-it rears its ugly head again. wishing you PFDAN, kathy

One of the horrible things about the beast. He doesn't consider our life plans when he sinks his teeth. Or maybe he does. I lost count of the number of events missed or tainted by his presence. Sorry he spoiled your dinner engagement. pf wishes, Rich

...because yesterday is history and you never know what tomorrow will bring. "Med free"- A few seeds and lots of O2-LG but not great.
