Hello Katie, welcome to the boards. To answer your question, no, I have not experienced dizziness as an effect of cluster attacks. The sore eye I have, but it is not continuous. It is only sore just before, during and immediately after an attack. Take care, mel

There is some evidence that both dizzyness (inner ear) and ringing of the ears can be caused by serotonin problems. And when the beast hits, one side of the head gets big and inflamed, which can throw equillibrium off. Blood pressure gets crazy when the beast is active. Any or all of these things might disturb balance or cause dizzyness. Is the vertigo only around the times when you are getting hit?

I get dizzy when my blood pressure tanks from some of the meds I take.

Yep, get dizzy Have to go in every once in a while and get an adjustment from an ear doc. They say there's some "krud" in the inner ear -- they rotate the head and I get to wear a brace for a few days and it goes away for a while. My neuro suggested it and when it gets bad I go... Otherwise I just say I'm a dizzy dame... Most of the meds say the side effects are vertigo so who knows if it's the headaches or the meds.... I just go get adjusted and don't worry about it. Hugs BD
