Second round – no pattern?

Hi
The beast is back! But I noticed that the pattern this time around is not the same as in the first round
the attacks do not come at a fix time and patterns well as intensity……… used to be able to adjust my watch by the pattern last time around and the intensity was very steady………  is this usually the case or will it get again into a pattern?

CH besides it hurts like a mother f*cker.

I quoted this just a few days ago at another site.

I'm primary chronic, but I also have cycles within cycles and I started a new one myself last Sunday.  I've found that over the years,  the beast morphs.  Sometimes slightly, hardly noticable, sometimes almost as though it's a whole different beast entirely.

Aside from triggers and sleep hits, in 30 years my CH have never established any sort of pattern what-so-ever.

Everytime I think there is some sort of pattern, it changes.

I'm with Bethany.  Each time something new, different, exciting and PAINFUL happens ... the nature of the beast.

Every time I think I have my personal beast figured out, something changes that causes me to rethink how I attack my cycles.  It's hard to pinpoint but there are perceptable changes and that is what makes this particular brand of hell so difficult to diagnose let alone treat.
