Early and Bad

Hi all, I used to be a chronic sufferer, but with some med changes I have finally become episodic! I was expecting my first bought this year to start about mid-February - when I would usually get hit with the worst clusters. Well... about a week ago, the cycle started and it is ramping up way to quickly! I am sort of worried what is in store. Anyone else starting early this year? Thanks, Mark

It must be something in the air. I don't usually start until february for my winter cycle, but started mid december. And this was after an almost 2 year layoff! (God that was bliss!) Not any more severe then in the past but definitely earlier. Guiseppi

..mine have started in October for 13 years straight and all of a sudden this past year June, and now 6 months later in January. What up? I don't know what to expect any more. My life has been turned upside down lately with a neck injury, recent divorce (35yrs), so it all probably factors in. Go figure.

...because yesterday is history and you never know what tomorrow will bring. "Med free"- A few seeds and lots of O2-LG but not great.

Mine are impossible to predict, a few years ago cycles came always on time, but now I don't care anymore. Longer cycles, sides switching, etc., I must also say that the pain is a little less intense. I wouldn't worry to much, the pain is gonna come anyway so try to keep your batteries fully loaded.

I have skipped cycles, changed starting months, changed length of cycle. Nothing is "normal" for me. The only normalcy in my CH is that it's always in the middle of the night, always my right side.

After being on this board for the short time I have, I have come up with this list of things that are "normal" or "standard" across the board for CH, cycles, or CH sufferers. The only normal things about CH is that there will be pain, it will be in clusters, and it will be in your head. Other almost normal/universal things are you will try multiple things to lessen/rid the pain, some wont work, and you will lose some sleep. 1 thing that wont be noraml is your life during a cluster. Did I miss any universals? (Oh yeah... I other normal thing will be that I will have at least 1 typo/misspeel per post here!..... make that 2)
