Have suffered clusters for 20 years. Went to ER twice before realizing what a joke that was. Tried everything. Am not a runner. But started running around the block to get the tylenol into the blood stream faster. By the time i got around the block the headache was gone. Got a Dr. to prescribe oxygen. 2 minutes of pure O and the ache was gone. Have noticed the clusters become farther apart and shorten over time. Have not had an episode in apprx. 2 years. Knock on wood. I guess my point is, that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hope the same happens for all.

And if they come back you'll survive. For your sake I sure wish that they are gone forever. I thought the very same thing this past Autumn--but--in Mid-October the bastards came back !! Have been pain-free since mid-december thanks to Prednisone and Verapamil !
