Inviting all Quebec Residents sufferers.

Hello all.

First off, I'd like to invite all fellow Quebecers to say hi. I know most of you aren't that good in English but that's ok. Don't let it stop you. If you prefer, use French. I'm sure the other users won't mind. Smiley

---------

That done, let me introduce myself.

My name is Dany and I live in Quebec City. I'm 39 and an occasional CH sufferer.

The demon invited itself in my head nearly 15 years ago. Since then, he's barely taken two or three years off. I'm episodic. Usually going through one episode a year. Starting around the end of August until October or earlier if I'm lucky.

Last year was a great year. No higher pain than K2. I count that as a PF year. Verapamil is my weapon of choice and it works wonders on me. O2 is my backstabbing weapon of choice on the demon but sometimes, he deftly avoid the stab. This year started much like last year. Though, unfortunately, I've had higher episodes than K2. Up to now, it's been to 3 and one small and quick episode to 4.

Fortunately, Verapamil and O2 is the greatest combo for me. Those were the first suggestions made by my neuro and they have worked wonders. Yeah, I had a couple of episodes that nothing could stop, but those are rare. That's a good thing.

I could go on and on but I will stop myself here. I often get carried away when writing and I hate sounding like I'm whining, complaining.

So... Hi to all members and thanks for CH.com Cheesy

Hi Dany. Welcome to your new home. Sounds like you have a good neuro. Verapamil and o2 is my defense that is working for me so far.

Welcome from a fellow Canadian.
