Whats up jjh,
I swear by Varap.But if it don't work for you tell your doc, there are other prevents you can try.Don't give up you may find one that works.I agree with you on the o2 though you need to get that.I wish I could be of more help,but this is one for your doctor to figure out.Good luck to you my friend.

His name is John he PM me said he was uncomfortable with talking about it.He seamed like an alright guy I could be wrong but I don't think he is a troll.He said he is going to introduce himself tomorrow.I told he had nothing to feel uncomfortable about.I guess we will see.
