John, welcome aboard, I think you will find that this site is irreplacable in the amount of support you can get. Everybody here is so kind, and caring. I know that I have been pulled back from the edge of insanity due to the great people here. It also feels great to be able to give support to others who are hurting. good luck, chrisw

Welcome aboard John! The best thing abvout this board is the sharing of what does and doesn't work for people. Most of my best treatments have come from this board. When you get a chance, share your routine with us, what you use for prevent and abaortives, what's been great and what's flopped. Give us a chance to learn from you and maybe we can make some suggestions! And you're right, most of us feel DJ is an Un canonized saint! Welcome to the nut house. (And no, Cluster Chuck is NOT sane) Guiseppi
