Thank you for that Helen. Im so very greatful. In my specific case the company who i work for are well known for their 'bully boy' tactics. I had been of work about 4 or 5 times last year with CH, as i worked the strangest shift patterns in the world lol there were only a few days on these occassions that i was off, i did also have the cluster on my days off, luckly and thankfully my injections kicked in. then in January 07 i got assaulted, ended up with broken ribs etc and was of work for a further 6 weeks. Due to this there was an investigation into my attendance. It concluded with me getting a written warning. When i asked about CH being covered the HR department stated that the company legal team have told them its not covered by the DDA. I have been in contact with my union and have an appoitment on the 3rd April @ 15:00. Is there any cases that you know of where it has been totally proven against whatever company, CH are covered? If there are any details that you may know of or another site where there may be prove can you email me the details if possible. My email address is: peteplc@hotmail.com
