Yassou Jack its nice to meet you! Whereabouts in Cyprus are you? I lived and worked in Limassol for a year in my misspent youth and I loved it there. Cyprus still is heaven for me (especially brandy sours and halloumi!) As regards the heat rub creams, I'd be very reluctant simply because if they make it worse you're stuck with it and it would make things ALOT worse. Have you tried a hot shower if heat helps you? Or maybe one of those heat packs you can warm in the microwave? Both would be easily stoppable - heck even a good old fashioned hot water bottle would work! What other meds/remedies do you use during your cycle? We may be able to help with other suggestions. I hope this helps a bit regards Helen
