I've been lurking on this site for about 5 yrs now. Since my last attack. Unfortunitly staring at a computer screen seems to be a trigger sometimes for me. I get a cycle about every 5 years. The last one was terrible (K8-K9 borderline K-10) around 5 or 6 a day. This time I think my strongest has been around a 7 Usually around the early morning hours. 1 or 2 a day. I think my neuro has found a combination of drugs that has broken the cycle this time. I will post it in the medications section. Just wanted to say that after reading about some of the other members experiences that I actually feel lucky. Especially compared to chronics. I dont know how they cope and I feel for them. Well, try to keep pain free!

Chops, I just joined this board only a few days ago. During my last cycle which was 5 yrs ago I just happened to find this site by accident while trying to find info about ch. I have never even heard of a ch until I got diagnosed. No I didnt realize that it was going to be 5 years until last month. Like everybody else I was hoping they would go away forever.
