my name is mike i am 35/m and have been living with the beast since 1989. tried many different meds, and many different doctors nothing seems to help except imitrex injet. after finding this site about 3 wks ago i got some o2. it works. it took three doctors saying "no" to a prescription, finally my girlfriends dr. wrote her a rx for o2. you people know more about this condition than any doctor ive seen. i cant find a good dr.! any help in the oklahoma city area? just wanted to check in, say thank you, and see if anyone is local who can help with a knowelgeable dr. mike

Hullo Mike, glad you found this board, sorry your a fellow suffer. Funny you just found O2, so have I , its only taken me 30 years to find it and as you say it sure does work. I first tried it about 10-12 years ago and at the time it didn't do much. But after a recent bad experience with pills, I decided to listen to Johnny and a few of the other on here and give it another try. So glad I did. Can't help you with Dr in Oklahoma,I live over the Pond, but no doubt some one will be along soon who can help you. Have a good read around loads of tips on here. Good luck and PF time to you Cheers Roy

Hi MIke! Glad that you found us. Greatnews about the O2. Hpefully you have a non-rebreatfer mask and are using it at 15 LPM +. Most of us have the best result with that combo. If we keep bumping this up, someone will surely jump in with info on a doc in your area.

Hi Mike, and welcome to these boards. I am so glad you got the O2. Crank that puppy up to at least 15 LPM and enjoy! I know there is a link somewhere, and I'm seaching for it, that shows a list of doctors in various areas of the states. For the life of me, I can't find it right now, but I'll keep searching. ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW THE LINK, PLEASE POST HERE. Hope you PF days and nights. Sandy
