Back again after 8 years

Well it's back again. I went cluster free for 8 years now they are back. Almost every day now for the past 4 months. I am taking Zomig to help stop the headache. Trying not to take anything else. Also going to the Bio Feedback clinic again to help manage the pain. I stopped going to the Bio Feedback clinic when the headaches went away. Should never have stopped.

That's a pretty good break. 
Sorry you're in pain....but this is a great place to be, when you are.

Sorry your back, but nice to know that such opportunities exist. There have probably been some changes since you last suffered, so please read all that you can and make sure you are on the latest treatments.

Oddly enough there are not many changes. Mostly the same old drugs. The Zomig seems fairly new, but Imitrex injections were in use . Many a time before I thought the Imitrex injection would kill me but as long as they stopped the pain I didnt care. The Zomig seems to work but takes longer. At least I am not soaking in my own sweat when I take them.
So I am back seeing the Bio Feedback clinic to re learn how to deal with the pain agin. If I can stop the cluster this time I will be a bio feedback guy forever.
