Hello, I am new to this site , and really cant believe a site like this could exsist ! When I first got on the pc this morning after reading an artical in a news paper about mushrooms.... I started to investigate the many links and here I am. Even though I am new to this site , Iam a "CH" sufferer for the past 32 years. I hope to meet people here who understand this beast that inturrupts our lives on a regular basis. I hope to add compassion and support to others if asked to. It is so wonderful to know that there is a possibilty of actually talking to some that really know what these are like....Thankyou !

Welcome home. I found this place by accident when I was in cycle in 2000. Came and went until recently, when I decided to stick around for a while to see if I could lend a hand. Good people here, and people who can help you through it. Explore, learn, interact, and enjoy. We'll see you 'round. Best wishes for painfree times ahead, George

Ah! The foreigners put on such airs Wearing the tangerine suits And their harlequin eyes. The pain they inspire Draws in harmonica melodies And the feathers of birds Which flame up at their touch. It all comes to light in the sheer Debonair. (Ellen)

Here is a link to read and print and take to your doctor. It describes preventive, transitional, abortive and surgical treatments for CH. Written by one of the better headache docs in the U.S. (2002) http://www.brightok.net/~mnjday/chtherapy.pdf
