Been about 2-2 1/2 years since I was talking to you folks last. I just turned 30 a couple of weeks ago and I live in Brooklyn NY..sorry to say Im back and so is the beast. Nice seeing your community is still kicking strong.
Un fortunatly my ch's are kicking stronger than ever before as well.. My cycle is upside down right now. Used to be episodic around fall and now getting my cycle in the summer. shitttt!! in lots of pain and previous meds of Verp not working any more. attacks are up to 3 a day on some cases and 1 attack min. now on depakote, verp, trex (thank god), and o2 getting sent to my home today. Ill be floating around theses parts moree often so stop and say hi..hope all of you are as well as could be.. later gators, EL

just so you know who yer talking too.

Well since you have been around this block before I wont offer any med suggestions. I hope the beast leaves you alone again soon! If you are in NY beware of a manic clusterhead driving a big rig around full of newspapers Grin I've heard he is one of the most dangerous things in the area.

Keep us informed as to your progress and where you are at on the meds (such as how much verap etc.)

  Bad to meet you!....Tim

oh the ref. to the truck guy above is to warn you about Zwibbs/Scott who can be found floundering around on the general board Cheesy. if you happen to be a yankees fan take the warning to heart!

An important article since your last visit:

Here is a link to read and print and take to your doctor.  It describes preventive, transitional, abortive and surgical treatments for CH. Written by one of the better headache docs in the U.S.  (2002)

YO Brooklyn in da house........

Queens boy here yet moved out to LI for Highschool.
Used to chill with EPMD (went to school together) hence the nickname which stayed for near 20 yrs.

Now I live in the burbs with a wife, a house and and a 7 week year old lil gal.

A lot to learn and a lot to share.

It's unfortunate but good to see another NYCHer and maybe we could get together.

If you have never met another clusterhead you should and you will feel an instant bond.

Good luck to ya and hope ya have an easy ride.
