Newbie from the north

Hi all,

I have been suffering from CH's since 1988, usually 4-6 times a day for 6 weeks every 8-9 months.

I have tried oxygen, nasal drops and many different meds but have yet to find any full relief.

I am interested intrying the Red Bull and will do so tonight.

I feel like I have a real double whammy as I have also had chronic kidney stones the last 4 months.

Has anyone had any success with atenolol? My doctor switched me to thatlast month for acute heartarrythmia and after consulting with my neurologist has advised me to try taking it at bedtime. (I take 100mg twice a  day.) Does anyone have any experience of success with beta blockers and CH attacks?

Hi, Dan.

I'm Buck, a new clusterhead, and I beat you.  We live WAY north!  I am from Embarrass,MN...

Sorry that you cannot find anything to help you to be pain free.  What other meds have you been on?  My doctor has me on Verapamil now and it seems to control the pain.  This is also a blood pressure med and it may not be suitable for you heart arrythmia's.

Take care.
