Ok I decide to stop bitching about this situation I dont care what he is saying I made my mind to find some solution for this bloody illness has been ruining our life. I belive this days we getting all our illness from food that we are putting in our stomach. To many chemical it is not food any more combination of all chemical mix together all their aim make us addict to their product. I am bit old fashion I dont like modern world medications it always cause some other damage in the body while fixing other part. I am just wondering you all have allergic reaction to food, I found couple of web site where they are talking about environmental pollution and also food that create toxication in body. Because last year we move in suburb where there is lots of factory and 3 months later my husband end up with this illness. Also during this time he developed food allergies which he never had before. He ends up with chronic yeast infection (due to all antibiotics and bad habit of eating junk). This month I have approach to GP who is also nutritions and we done couple of test. The first test BIO-DERMAL SCREENING ALLERGY TEST, Which will show all food that you are allergic the second test LIVE BLOOD ANALYSIS which we found out that he has yeast in his blood which cause many problem in the blood vessel. Many test does not show yeast in body because we all have yeast but when is under control it can cause CFS (Chronic fatigue syndrome). I have also couple of list for the food that trigger headaches it is bit hard to stick with the list but wort while to try. You have to check food that you are allergic and food cause headaches. I visited a dietician and she said that a good thing to avoid is perserivtives. the chemicals that companies use is sometimes common to have people have headaches from but it is such a small portion that it is allowed. [i know you said this in there but it is a good statement and people need to hear it] so, limit the MSG and pre packaged foods....i'd say eliminate, but i love my chinese food
