Christmas at the BEACH !!

Australia is the only country where people celebrate Christmas by going to the beach and doing outdoor BBQ, wearing T shirt and shorts and thongs ( flip flop ) because it so HOT !
We went to the beach yesterday and it was lovely. The kids had a ball !

Alright, alright, here is more ! Well, I didnt really take that many photos because I was too busy playing with the sand too and I didnt want sand to get into the camera ....  and no, nobody took a pic of me ! Typical ! Everywhere I go its always me behind the lenses, rarely in front of it !

a couple miles outside of Blythe. lots of sand. The low desert gets pretty cool at night but alot of people here don't even own long pants.

We spent Christmas in Maui one year and it was wonderful. Lisa posted her version of Christmas at the beach. It's a bit different. Hae a wonderful holiday!
