......... there is no good reason either of those two should be allowed to live. After the umpty gazillion appeals and millions of wasted tax dollars are spent in the process... the two of them will undoubtedly live to a ripe old age.

I couldn't finish the article, there are some dimented people in the world.
My wifes friend just adopted 3 Scottish Terriers from Texas, all of which have to wear diapers because they were sexually abused for so long 
The world is truly a fucked up place.
