Vinessa Hoera was a young single mom, only 23, when she was brutally raped and murdered by an illegal alien from Guatemala, Faustino Chavez, who apparently was angry when his advances toward her were not received positively. The bruises on her body showed that she tried to fight off her attacker but was not successful.
The young woman's family was shocked to hear the details of how savage her murder had been, like how her throat had been slashed several times from ear to ear. She was a single mom, just bought a new car. She was a life-lover, a very positive person." Vinessa had a five-year-old son.

Crime victim Tracy Owen of Nashville. The pregnant woman was murdered because a couple of drunk illegal aliens thought they had struck her in a traffic accident, so they decided to kill her in order to cover up the incident. In fact, it appears that they did not hit Tracy Owen with a truck at all, but she had fallen. Still, rather than offer aid to an injured woman who was pleading for help, the response was for the younger man to shoot her her five times. Both men were charged with criminal homicide.
Police detective Robert Swisher remarked "In my 22 years on the job, I have never seen anyone executed, and I mean executed, because someone thought they had hit the person with a vehicle. It sickens me."
The shooter, Antonio DeJesus Idelfonso, is 17 years old, and a later hearing will decide whether he will be prosecuted as an adult.
IHC has analyzed a lot of terrible crimes, but this one breaks new ground in the category of illegal alien hit and run — hit and murder. In another disturbing report, driver Eliseo Marcelino-Quintero said that Idelfonso grabbed the truck's steering wheel and tried to run down Owen when he saw her.

Stanley Hope lost his wife Kimberley when she was murdered April 8 by an illegal alien in order to steal her car. Stanley went looking for Kimberley when she failed to come home from feeding a neighbor's dogs and found her at the friend's house, laying on the floor with her head in a pool of blood where she had been killed. The police arrested suspect Daniel Gonzalez Berumen of Mexico when he attempted to drive Kimberley Hope's stolen car across the border. He had earlier been in prison for displaying a firearm from a vehicle in Los Angeles County in 2001, then was paroled and deported. Berumen is charged with murder, robbery and burglary, and could face the death penalty.

Another tragic addition to the list of unnessary deaths caused by violent illegal aliens was the newlywed couple, James and Emilia Lee of Huachuca City, Arizona, who had been married only six weeks. They were killed Oct. 16 when a truckload of at least 17 illegal aliens traveling at 90 mph crashed into several vehicles near the town of Sierra Vista, leaving a horrific scene of carnage. The aliens were trying to escape police after they had run a stop sign, and the truck rammed into a line of nine vehicles waiting for a turn light near Fort Huachuca.

New Study Finds Record Number of Immigrants Living in the U.S.
On Wednesday, a study released by the Center for Immigration Studies found that the current immigrant population of the United States totaled 37.9 million in 2007, the largest number of immigrants in the nation's history. At this level, foreign-born individuals currently comprise one-eighth (12.5 percent) of the nation's population, the largest proportion it has been since 1920. The report also shows that over half of immigrants to the United States came from Latin America, over one-sixth from Asia, and about one-eighth from Europe. Unfortunately, CIS also found that immigrants to the United States are more likely to live in poverty or receive at least one major means-tested government subsidy than those born in the country. Thirty-four percent lack health insurance of any kind; compared to only 13 percent of the native-born population. And, about one in three immigrants require at least one form of cash assistance, food assistance or Medicaid benefits.

Based on a one-year in-depth study, a researcher estimates there are about 240,000 illegal immigrant sex offenders in the United States who have had an average of four victims each.
Deborah Schurman-Kauflin of the Violent Crimes Institute in Atlanta analyzed 1,500 cases from January 1999 through April 2006 that included serial rapes, serial murders, sexual homicides and child molestation committed by illegal immigrants.
In 82 percent of the cases, she noted, the victims were known to their attackers.
"In those instances, the illegal immigrants typically gained access to the victims after having worked as a day laborer at or near the victims' homes," she says. "Victims ranged in age from 1 year old to 13 years old, with the average age being 6."
In her examination of the sex-related homicides, Schurman-Kauflin found the most common method was for an offender to break into a residence and ambush his victims.
Not only were victims raped, she said, but some 6 percent were mutilated.
"The crime scenes were very bloody, expressing intense, angry perpetrator personalities," she said. "Specifically, most victims were blitzed, rendered incapable of fighting back, and then raped and murdered. The most common method of killing was bludgeoning, followed by stabbing."
She found it especially disturbing that in 22 percent of all sex crimes committed by illegal immigrants, victims with physical and mental disabilities were targeted.
The highest number of sex offenders, according to the study, came from Mexico. El Salvador was the original home to the next highest number. Other countries of origin included Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.

On October 4, 2005 WKMG television in Florida reported on their website that fourteen "field laborers broke into an 18-year-old woman's home, dragged her across the street and then took turns raping her."
This rampaging gang of "field laborers" consisted of men ranging in age from 18 to 56. The victim reported they choked her until she passed out. When she awoke, they were pouring alcohol in her mouth. She was then raped by each and every one of them.
When these animals finished they pushed her out the front door like a piece of used meat. Somehow this girl managed to get to a phone where she called the police. Deputies arrested the 14 men who were still at the house where the rape occurred. They will be charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, and sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. They face life in prison if convicted.
Not until we get to the end of the WKMG website story is the fact that the rapists aren't just "farm laborers." Indeed, they are all illegal aliens. Only at the end of their story do we learn: "Twelve of the men are from Guatemala and the other from Mexico."
The rather euphemistic headline is our first clue that it's now very politically incorrect to even state the truth about a situation when it comes to illegals. The fact is, besides the obvious primary importance of the girl being gang raped, the other clearly important cultural element is the fact that it was carried out by a gang of illegal aliens.
This is not, unfortunately, a freakish, one-of-a-kind event. Last year, Heather MacDonald, in a piece for City-Journal which also posted at Frontpagemagazine.com, addressed the astounding impact of illegal alien criminals. In "Illegal Alien Crime Wave," she notes that in Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.

Why are there statements that Puerto Rico is a different country, or that Puerto Ricans can be illegal aliens? Maybe if they sneak into Canada, but not in the US!! Puerto Rico is a US territory, and its residents are US citizens from birth. They can live and work anywhere in the US legally, just like any other citizen.
Given this error, I have to wonder how accurate the rest of it is. This also undercuts the "this is not about race" claims (for the original writers of that article).... Puerto Ricans are not illegals, but they are usually brown skinned and they speak Spanish, so throw them in with the others as part of the brown menace?

I knew race would come into this sooner or later. Thought I can not speak for others, I think a mass majority of people that are against illegal entry (note, I did not call this immigration,, two totally separate items) would not care if they immigrated legally. You want to join our country, then join.
I repeat, note the distinction between immigration and illegal entry. You want to call me racist, then go ahead, because then I get to tell you to fuck off.

American Citizens were described as illegals because they are dark skinned and speak Spanish. That is not a question of racism coming into it eventually. That is an example of some in the anti-immigration movement being ignorant racists.
If you work for Newsmax or Worldnet Daily, if you wrote those articles that they published, then my comments are directed at you. Otherwise, my criticism remains directed at the media morons who think that Puerto Rico is a foreign country, or who think that a Puerto Rican can be an illegal alien in the US.
I am not saying that all people opposed to illegal immigration are racists. I agree that there is a problem with the large number of people here illegally. I am merely pointing out that racism is already present, and that the movement is sometimes a mob that shows ignorant disrespect to American Citizens due to their skin color or language.

It's true that a country of origin does not constitute race, however whether or not Latino is a race of it's own is not so, um, black and white.
New World Latinos are often a mix of European Spaniard and indigenous Indian. They can be black, native or white... all three are seperate races. Of course, there are many Latinos who only claim the Spanish part of their heritage, and that's sad, I think. I'm proud of my South American native culture.
Where I think racism enters the immigration debate, is that the majority of illegal immigrants are Latino, mostly from Mexico and Central America. The US imposes strict limits on the number of immigrants from those countries that can enter legally. The "sky is falling!" crowd and politicians who like to rally behind a hot button issue to hide their own records, are demonizing illegal aliens.
KoP's stats are quite alarming, aren't they? The stories are terrifying. Is there even room on this MB for stats and stories about crimes commited by American citizens?

I don't know if this is a similar situation but our city borders Detroit, a much larger, poorer city with more dangerous schools. Parents were sending their children from Detroit to our schools, giving addresses within this city of relatives, friends, some even false to attend the schools in a city with higher tax rates.
The amount of children attending schools here from Detroit kept increasing until there were hundreds and yes something had to be done although I didn't keep up with details.
It is an issue for children living within this city and attending school here with so many extra in the school without the facilities to accommodate that many with our tax base while not being a racial issue.
