Folks, help me out here!

For years I have been posting pics for folks that dont know how. I have tons of pics of people that I have no idea who they are, I ran across this pic and smiled........I was just wondering if anyone could help me find these two kids the way back home....LOL 
Who would like to claim them?

Nope, its someones kids....they asked me to post the pic but I dont remember who it was.
I have all kinds of pics of people I dont know....LOL
Edit to add: They didnt have color film when I was that age....LMAO
