Actually, most of them are what we've discussed and some of us do anyhow. The caffeine - the exercise, etc. Some of them do work for some of us.

nice to have it in a time line, too. I've been doing the posture check and caffeeine. I wish they had the rest of the day charted, too, as many of us are up several times at night.

thanks I don't find that any of this helps other than the caffein and sometimes even that dose not work but it dosn't hurt so...lol
