It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

My dog, Bo suffered with a blood clot in his spinal column. He lost the use of his back legs, too. Had to cath him 5 times a day and use a towel around his hips to walk him for about 6 months so I totally understand what that man is going thru. It is hard but it's a labor of love.

He is a good person. He should rig up a three wheeled trolly with a sling so the could walk it's self. My mother made one for a client after their dog was paralized in a car accident. It was like the dog had it's legs again. It is viceraly revolting to think someone used that dog when it was a puppy as bait for pit fighting. -P.
