Pre-Thanksgiving Potluck at work. Mostly BBQ with lots and lots of other stuff. Not to mention sixteen different desserts. A hundred folks bring a lot of food. I am slumped slightly comatose at my desk.

I've been busy cooking yummy things this week, so I had to chooce between black eye beans balls, rice-asparagus-cauliflower cassarole and ham-chicken quiche. I had some rice-asparagus-cauliflower cassarole and fresh carrots. Delicious! Sanna

Lunch is over with, but supper will probably be Kraft deluxe mac & cheese, applesauce and ice cream. I'm sure I'll eat some cookies inbetween tho, as I'm working to maintain my large appearance.

Thanks, Tia. I know what they are (I am 1/2 Polish, after all  , I was just wondering what filling they had. Some are made with potatos, some cheese, some fruits, some veggies, etc. We have a couple of great family recipes for both the cheese and potato kinds. That pic just makes me want them even more!!! Hopefully someone in the family will bring some to the Thanksgiving get together. Take care, Adam

Beer followed by my famous garlic prawns (shrimp) then beer, a particularly good pinot noir, beer, crusty bread with blue castello, beer, then probably some beer. For the main course - beer. Not yet sure about dessert but have a feeling it won't be prunes and custard.
