I stopped in at this place and saw the unit that is selling for 575---it was so small that I laughed---the realtor told me they were almost sold out. It only goes to prove that there is a sucker born every minute.

For that much money, it better be furnished, include food for life with a gormet chef and a personal cabana boy on call 24/7

Nobody ever buys this shit and says, "geez, did I just get ripped off." Real estate is worth whatever somebody will pay for it, plain and simple. Everybody living there is betting that they'll make a handsome profit when they sell it. And for most people, half a mil isn't anything to just play around with.
