I am in the same boat Redd  . Had a couple of rough 4:30 am waking calls (monday and today), not bad , maybe K4's for about 30 minutes, shadowing all monday but not today just the one early morning, but I am really hoping, praying they are just a fluke. I has been a while since I had them out of spring season. I will pray for you too Redd. If mine keep coming, I will try this time Kudzu.

Fluke,....yeah thats the ticket, just a random reminder he.she/it's still there. Thats the ticket. And slamming it back tomorrow night is what I think is the ticket. I ate breakfast today, then skipped lunch, then the fucker started during a meeting this afternoon. Started with the watery burning eyeball, and the runny nose. I could handle that. Shadows, so I got a Dt. Coke from the vending machine in the break room, and before I could pop the damn thing, all hell broke loose. Well not all hell it wasn't a 10 but a 5 at work and ice packs walking the halls and then out side to get cool air wasn't kool looking, eye all watery, and half shut. nose running like I had some sort of contagious affliction.
Helen the publisher knew...(thanks Simon for the colligue letter) ...she just aasked quietly if I had a headache and walked past. Left me alone.
Crazy the things we deal with.

good luck playing the shadow game myself, now that i know what to call it. i did notice i ran out of melatonin about the same time these started again ( along with flushot and smacked my head) so im back on the melatonin along with cafergot and ibru and tyl. they seem to have somewhat worked, hope the best for you.

I still get random hits (not usually a 10 but with 0 warning a 5 or 6 can just knock me on my ass), like you said, just to let me know that the bastard is still there and just waiting for a chance to jump on and rip my head apart.
I think it is crazy sometimes that the ramdom hit seem to be worse then having them daily, constantly.
