2008 OUCH Convention Proposal Deadline Extended
The deadline to submit proposals for the 2008 OUCH Convention has been extended again in an effort to allow as many people to participate as possible. Please send your proposals to the Convention Committee, no later than November 15, 2007.

If you want to host a convention, but can't do the 2008, start your research for 2009 and beyond!

As good as that sounds to me, about the closest I'll ever get is Athens, Texas.  It seems they got this thing called money and the airlines, hotels, etc actually expect you to have it before they will let you use their services.  That pretty much leaves me out.

Fellow CH'ers, just remember this is your last chance to propose a place for the convention next year. If you do not, then don't complain about where it's going to be next year, ok? Even if there is more than one site submitted and yours is not picked, STILL don't complain. IMO it's stupid and there are always future years to have it where you want it.
